If you want to watch all of Euro 2008 in HD, you're going to need to get a Freesat box - really soon.

ITV HD starts this Saturday at 7:15pm for the Euro 2008: Portugal v Turkey football match.

Freesat viewers tune to ITV1 (103) and press the red button to access the HD channel.

BBC HD is also carrying Euro 2008 in HD, with their first match being at 4:30pm with "Euro 2008 Match of the Day Live". Freesat viewers just select channel 108 for BBC HD.

If you have a normal Sky box, you can Upgrade from Sky to Freesat .

ITV HD will show a range of top films over the summer, followed with the UEFA Champions League, The FA Cup, and England internationals. The BBC will provide Wimbledon and the Olympics in high definition.

Emma Scott, (Freesat MD) says "HD is a fantastic format for watching sport, especially football, because its like being in the stadium itself. With the games so much clearer, both visually and acoustically, you can see every detail every shimmy, every little flick and every sly nudge off the ball. Watching Euro 2008 matches in high definition, many fans will see the full capabilities of their HD TV and remember why they bought it in the first place. Viewers will be able to get that stadium experience and feel a part of the action, whichever country they choose to adopt for the next few weeks."

"With BBC HD, and now ITV HD, on the Freesat platform anyone can have a high quality, cinematic television viewing experience with no ongoing costs."
