Freeview channel number shuffle

ITV4, CITV, ITV2+1, E4 and E4+1 move channel numbers.

On 24 February 2009 five channels are moving:

• ITV4 from 28 to 24
• CITV from 75 to 72
• ITV2+1 from 31 to 27
• E4 from 29 to 28
• E4+1 from 30 to 29
