New satellite footprints page
You can find the new page here - Satellite footprint maps
The page lists the various satellite beams, with the map on the left and the television channels shown on the right.
Clicking on the map links to the full-resolution satellite details on the satellite owner's web page.
Both Freesat (fs) and Freesat-from-Sky (fSfS) channel numbers are shown, with radio stations and adult channels listed to the left.

why could the BBC have not retained radio 2, 3,4,and Scotland on freesat? I had been glad to have them on freesat when freeview dropped them in favour of BBC Alba.

Using a free-sat decoder is it possible to receive additional channels such as European channels or free channels broadcast by Sky?

M.Partington: Look here for the list of frequencies - Eutelsat 28A & Astra 1N/2A/2B at 28.2°E - LyngSat
You can't add from other satellites unless you have a dish that can be moved ("steerable").

Can any freesat box be tuned manually to receive all free Sky channels?
Is the footprint above freesat or sky? Which one are they likely to be looking at as far away as Cyprus?
