The problem could be one of:

- the aerial has been moved or damaged;

- the cables or connectors that connect the digibox to the aerial are damaged;

- the digibox has broken.

If you have a "spare" digibox you use this to test the aerial connection. Can you still watch analogue TV OK?

grandma: These devices have two types of guide:

One says Guide Plus and will no longer work. If yours is coming up as Guide Plus then it needs changing to "Guide (Digital)".

Go to System Menu > Initial Setup > Basic > EPG Type Select and change to "Guide (Digital)".

Hi Briantist: Thank you for your reply. I have around 4 units running off a fitted roof aerial. In fact I tried to connect a new TV yesterday and ran the set up, but it couldn't find any signal. As in my previous question, everything was running fine in the morning. I'm rather puzzled?

Dean: There are no TV transmitter faults anywhere in the UK this morning.

Did the problems start before or after you "tried to connect a new TV"?

Perhaps you have a powered splitter box? If so, I would check the fuse, or bypass it by connecting one of the TVs directly to the "input" to the splitter.

Briantist: It happened before I fitted the new TV. Although I had disconnected the old one a couple of hours previously. A splitter box is located on an outside wall, so will need to check this out. Thank you for your advice.
