I have a Hitachi digital tv and the programme guide is useless. It usually says ""NO INFORMATION" or else it is wrong. can I do anything to rectify this. It is soooooooooooooooooooo annoying.

Michelle Wells: Assuming that you are receiving from the Oxford transmitter (West North West) then you should be aware that the commercial multiplexes (groups of programme channels) are on low power until 18th April. ITV3 is one such channel that is affected.

If you are on Oxford, select ITV3 and go to the signal strength/quality screen. It should say that it is on channel 62. You might see that there is a weak signal shown on the meter.

Michelle Wells: You will probably have to live with it. It may come back at some point, if whatever caused the signal level to drop just enough for your TV not to work goes away.
