We have freesat
we have the new channels on EPG but when we try to watch them there is nothing it says the signal is strong enough
we then have unplug the box as we then can't watch anything after we switch back

Jannell: This is very strange. I would try doing a "first time installation" on the box.

This observation is posted in particular to Mr D Roberts who wrote on 13 March 2011.

The announcer is NOT inaudible on my TV. In fact when a programme has finished it is quite the reverse and he can be heard out on the street where I live he is so loud. It is quite disconcerting.

Perhaps I've got all your volume Mr Roberts and you've got none of mine. It would be good is 5 USA would do something to rectify this problem.

Hi I used to be able to receive 5* and 5USA on my freeview TV's but since the last digital switchover they have been missing. I have tried clearing the channels and rescanning several times to no avail - any suggestions would be much appreciated
