Braintree - I am served by the Sudbury Transmitter and have lost 29 channels since 16th November. As others have found, all the normal and extreme retuning and resetting actions have been to no avail. I have given up and accept that while the Multiplex-B (ARQB)is in its temporary location on C63 810Mhz those channels are not available. When it is moved to its final position on the 27th June 2012 it will be on C56 at full power and I shall re-tune!!.

Extract from Sudbury Arqiva multiplex B changes 16 November - retune required | - independent free digital TV advice

"Sudbury will not see the commercial multiplexes operating at their final power levels until 27th June 2012. On this date SDN will move to C58, ArqA to C60 and ArqB to C56. Until this time some viewers on the edges of the service area for the transmitter will be unable to receive the commercial services."

Manchester m43 7bu. Lost all channels from C55. Humax 8000 pvr. Tried with and without power amp (80% strength with amp, 63% without.) Tried clearing and manually rescanning just on C55 but to no avail. Ariel points at winter hill approx 18 miles away

Any ideas anyone? It appears quite a few people are having the same issue - is it just Humax PVRs?

Russ Bridge,Manchester. The postcode you mentioned assumes you reside in Droylsden east of Manchester.Having just (briefly) cleared my complete programming from my set-top myself to test whether the ArqB mux on fr 55 from Winter Hill is transmitting,i can confirm via my set-top aerial with my signal booster on this time, that i can obtain ArqB fr 55 from Winter Hill along with SDN fr 58,D3+4 fr 59,ArqA fr 61,BBCA fr 62 (no BBCB (HD) fr 54 my box is non-HD) and as such ArqB is broadcasting normally from this mast.Hard to say about Humax PVR's as i do not have one of those mine's a Goodmans GHD2521F2 Freeview+ non HD box.

Colchester lost chanels, phoned up freeview & was told to manually retune, the missing channels are on c63,But if u still can't get them its either buy a new arial or wait untill June nxt year when they are being moved to c56, how much advertising will they lose because most people will just wait untill June.
