To make any meaningful suggestions we need a full post code. Then, and only then, can we see where you are in relation to the over 1100 transmitters and what the predicted reception is like at your location.

Indoor aerials are rarely any good in my lengthy experience, the range quoted is very suspect and unreliable.

Hello I am having reception issues I'm in NN3 6PF
I am definitely on dallington park tv transmission.
I am having issues with signal dropping and pixilating this happens on my nebourhood TV's as well.

Please carefull check all your arial cables and connections. Unplug all the plugs/sockets and then refit them, that will clear any corrosion/oxidation from the contacts whci is a common cause of the problems you report.
