I have 5 Freeview units up to today they were all the same programs and numbers, now after rescans all are different.
I think they not got something right at Transmitters/Freeview so hopefully they will get things corrected tomorrow.

The problem with going back to square one is all the improved picture and sound settings that have been made are lost and you are back to over contrast and over red pictures that the makers somehow think it should be.
However if BBC1 is lost I understand something in the transmission spec. was changed as well at some transmitters, think the word PID was used, and only way to get that back was a factory reset.
Last evening my TV asked for a rescan once again when put on at tea time and that got me back program 8 and Made in Leeds. Throughout the day the BBC I understand had been apologizing to viewers so looks, as if the changes took longer than planned to me or other things got messed up.

I understand the new local city TV stations get transmission on satellite can someone please give me the frequencies etc. of the satellite transmissions please?
( Yes aware that they maybe postcode complication and the Sky FTV/ FTA usual problem.)

Emley Moor HD 101 BBC1 On some programs I get the occasional breakups, my TV Signal report shows no bit errors, max signal strength, max quality.
SD is ok and the TV built in Freesat on BBC1 HD is ok.
I'm thinking my aerial is ok from above can there be a fault at EM transmitter?

David: Too much of a good thing then.
I have put an attenuator of unknown value in line and strength is now 96%
Ok on present program no break up, will see what 6 pm News brings.
I have some 3 and 6 db I can add, do not want to over do it not wanting to loose weak stations such as Ch 8 Local Leeds.

Had the Leeds local TV program Freeview 8 on and a caption came up saying it was changing to Freeview 7 what other changes are there to be ?
BBC3 going?
