If we got rid of regional news it be just BBC London.. people can always watch ITV regional news. BUT ITV HD has not been sorted out... I have friends who get tv from Oxford get ITV meridian on SD but on HD its ITV Central.....

I am sure there are people out there with wrong ITV HD regions....

Again you can always find out whats going on in your local area via internet or local news papers.....

I got a strange one here.. I get BBC Oxford in the evening only for 5 or 10 mins of it then it switches over to BBC south.....Would it be better to combine Oxford and south together to save money.... surely it can be done....

Rob: I would get rid of BBC parliament as who really watch that its a load of repeats and honestly its for MPs who want to show boat themselves.then put BBC 1+ on there then leave bbc 3 alone and its 24 hour channel on BBC parliament....

I can see this going to happen... by the time it happens.. which is a few years time most PVR's be at the end of their working life.. while HD will be taking over SD again we all would have to up grade our TV's or PVRs anyways.. But I want to know as i have 6 tv sets in this house does this mean a box for each tv and pay for each tv?? if thats the case i just have 2 boxes thats it...

I can see future PVR's having Cloud drive to keep programmes on there... it might be wishful thinking.. who knows
