sylvia stec: The work lasted a few hours, and was completed in the early hours of April 10th, so yes they are fobbing you off. Also, only BBC and channels like Dave/Sky News changed their frequencies.

Gordon R. Harrison: On screen messages were broadcast in the week leading up to the retune event.
If you actually look below the map on this page you get a list of each mux and their UHF channel number. Digital UK's detailed view also gives you that information.

James Paterson: Yeah they just turn off the BBC channels for a laugh every so often...
Need some more details - make/model of equipment, details of aerial, etc. Have you cleared all of the channels from your equipment before manually retuning?

Paul: You can go back to Channel 61 if you like but you won't find much on there as Ch61-68 are all being cleared for 4G.

gavinc: Do you have BBC1 and 2? If you want more help you're going to need to post more information about your equipment, as transponder sounds more like a satellite system.

Paul Smith: The analogue channels were turned off in August 2011 - are you saying you've not had since then?
Presumably you mean since Wednesday when the frequency of the BBC channels changed. If so try a manual tune for UHF channel 49 and if nothing comes up check with neighbours if it's a communal aerial, then get onto your landlord if multiple flats are having problems.

Paul Smith: Did you not bother to read my reply on the other page you posted on? My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - 10 years of independent, free digital TV advice

Briantist: Not sure if you are aware, but Ridge Hill has an extra D3&4 mux broadcasting ITV West news, which I've seen come up on the DUK website and is mentioned on wikipedia.

Laura Sharpes: Unless you are managing to pick up 4G signal from South-east London or Brighton (which is impossible) then you do not have 4G interference. Though I'm curious as to how you would be able to tell what 4G interference looks like!
