There is no way of knowing if the post is from a real person. I prefer to regard such posts as being a waste of effort by somebody. Hence the comment.

COM7 and COM8 arte available to about 70% of viewers as lomg as they have a Freeview HD receiver. Most TV sets and PVRs have been so equipped for about 5 years, so many people are capable of viewing it. They may need to change their aerial to a wideband type.

Ask the broadcaster. This website is completely independent of all broadcasters. They will not see your comment here.

Further to that said by StevensOnln1, to operate a transmitter will require an authority to broadcast as nobody can just start to radiate RF signals without a licence or authority except in a very few specific instances - none of which could use a TV aerial.

Kimberly :

Obtaining signals from your neighbours internet connection is not permissible. You need your own internet connection connected to your own TV set.

Your problem could be that your neighbour has realised you have been purloining signals via WiFi and has changed the passwords s/he uses to prevent your unauthorised access.

The listing clkearly shoiws it as being the channel for Sky and not Freesat. Look again at the header.

Becon Hill has been having some engineering work done recently, see the posts above yours.

Retuning was the worst thing to do. To get your services back you will need to manually tune. Put your post code into the Digital UK Coverage Checker, select the Detailed view and scroll down to the channel listing for the prefered transmitter.

Use that information to manually tune your equipment to the correct channels.

Please provide a full post code so that we can look up the expected reception conditions at your location.

Also, you should check all your aerial cables and connections, unplugging all coaxial plugs/sockets and then refitting them. Corrosion/oxidation of those contacts is a common cause of the problems you report.
