Same problem with ITV channels here, , started 19th then 20th, and again this morning at 0845 no signal.

We have had no problems for 4 years and now this.

Can't believe it's interference, something has changed.

So I take it that I will not be able to rely on receiving anything on D24 and D27 until next year?

So no
ITV 1,2,3
Channel 4,5
More 4

But the good news is I can still get QVC, Yesterday, Dave, Create and Craft etc. (sarcastic emoticon here).

Hmmm

Just checked the Freeview site and for Bluebell Hill all of the ITV channels are blanked out with a statement saying

"Good news. You should be able to receive some Freeview channels now and the entire service after the digital switchover."

Good news, yeh right....

Anybody any idea how to contact Freeview?

Looked on their website and no contact details I can find.

The people I feel sorry for are the ones who not really technologically literate.

How many will think their Freeview box is on the blink and buy a new one?

This problem should have been better advertised.

I bet some are still buying a Freeview box for the first time as well assuming they will be able to get all the channels.

Not blaming you at all, sorry if it came across that way.

Surely there must be an overall organisation responsible for the management of Freeview?

It's them who should ensure better communication, and also not let happen what has happened here, loss of channels after 4 years because of Sandy Heath!

Just sent an "email" to Digital UK saying the way the Sandy Heath turn on has been handled is appalling because of the affect on 200,000 customers. Also that they need to do something about it.

Probably will not hear back from them though.
