I have been unable to access the Red Button service on my Smart TV. The facility which I
regularly used for news and sports information has somehow disappeared and when I press the red
button on my remote control I see a message that states " Due to high demand we are unable to load
the red button service at this time. Please try again later".
Press yellow button.
