Isbjorn: The BBC do no have sufficient capacity available to broadcast BBC Four HD on the PSB3 mux, which is why it is on COM8. The capacity used for the channels you mention belongs to ITV and Channel 4 and would not be available for any BBC services (and it wouldn't be enough for a HD channel anyway).

John Robinson: CBBC HD ends at 9pm but BBC Four HD starts at 7pm, so there isn't sufficient capacity available.

Stuart Turrell: If you're only a few miles away and can see the transmitter then you certainly don't need a high gain aerial. Which channels are breaking and what signal strength and quality readings do you get for them?

C. Copley: There are no reported transmitter faults or engineering work showing since 2015, so the most likely explanation is that you have a problem with your aerial system. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

ted.chuck: Given that no one else is reporting any problems, the most likely explanation is that you have a problem with your aerial system. Start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV and do not attempt to retune.

Jerry Foley : The first frequency changes at Sandy Heath don't take place until 17th July (according to Digital UK) and there is no engineering work reported. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Retuning was a bad idea as you've now deleted all of your channels which were correctly tuned.

Mark A: Sewing Quarter are paying for their channel to be carried on PSB2. It isn't down to Ofcom to decide which channel goes on which multiplex, it is a commercial decision between the broadcaster and multiplex operator and there are certainly no legal grounds for Ofcom to force a channel to move to another mux.

Merv Morris: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitter you're using, where you are in relation to it and your predicted coverage.

ted.chuck: As per my reply to you yesterday on the Heathfield page you most likey have a fault with your aerial system. Retuning will not fix a weak signal, you need to investigate properly so start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections.
