Lesley Horner: Have you checked whether any of your neighbours in the block are having the same problem with Freeview? If they are you need to report it to whoever is responsible for building maintenance and get them to send someone to investigate.

Tracey: Are both TVs connected to the same aerial? Is the signal split via an amplifier or a passive splitter? The TV being faulty is very unlikely from what you describe.

Webber: What's the make and model number of your PVR? Have you tried switching it off at the mains for a few minutes then powering it back on?

Paterson: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV/Freesat box? Follow the cables back to the dish and check for any damage (as far as you can safely access).

James Hanson: The transmitter information displayed on this website come from a spreadsheet published by Ofcom, so that is who you need to tell if there is an error in the location (just a guess, but perhaps the transmitter has a Wigan postcode).

Maddy Kardasz: Do you receive 4Music and Yesterday on channels 18 and 19? If so, retune and Talking Pictures should appear on 81.

Derek Robson: According to the post which has appeared below yours, the Lowestoft transmitter was off air due to engineering work overnight to carry out frequency changes as part of the 700MHz clearance. You will need to retune.

Gill & David Gilbey: The Tacolneston transmitter was off air overnight whilst engineering work was being carried out to complete frequency changes for the 700MHz clearance program. You will need to retune now that the engineering work has been completed as several multiplexes have changed frequency.

Graham Simms: The West Runton transmitter underwent engineering work overnight resulting in all channels changing frequency, so you will need to retune.
