David Whitley: On the TV where BBC Four HD is missing, do you get any signal strength or quality readings if you go to the manual tuning screen in the settings and select UHF channel 31? What do you get for UHF channel 55?

David Hughes : Did the on-screen program guide match the program being shown or the one you were expecting? The program may have been changed since the listings advertising the program you were expecting were printed/updated.

Peter Mckellen: You most likely have a Group A aerial which is not designed to receive the higher frequencies now used by the COM7 & COM8 multiplexes from Crystal Palace. If you don't have satellite or cable you may be eligible to have a replacement wideband aerial fitted free of charge, which can be arranged by contacting the Freeview Advice Line (see link below).

Tracey Stafford: There are no faults showing for the Clettraval transmitter. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Are any neighbours experiencing the same problem with their Freeview?

paul: Some multiplexes changed frequency at Tacolneston last week. PSB1 is now found on UHF channel 40.

David: What happens if you swap the cables to the 2 rooms that aren't working with rooms that are working? That should allow you to determine if there is a fault with some of the LNB ports.
