T March: There are no faults showing and it is rare for engineering work to be carried out overnight. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Mike Harrington: Resetting/retuning was the worst thing to do as you've now deleted some of your channels which were correctly tuned. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted signal strength etc.

PBS America

Paul V Stanley: If your TV does not receive HD channels then it won't be able to receive channels such as PBS America which are broadcast in SD but on a HD multiplex.

Anne: We need a full postcode to access your coverage prediction. The first half of your postcode covers a wide area and won't give any results for the coverage checker.

SDL National multiplexes
Monday 29 October 2018 6:52PM

Pw69: There are 19 new transmitters which have been brought on air over the last few weeks and are now carrying the SDL multiplex (see link below). I'm not aware of any page listing reported faults or planned engineering works for SDL.

Iain: Are you watching ITV SD or ITV HD? Not all regions have a HD version of ITV available, so your box may be showing you the version corresponding to a neighbouring region (unhelpfully they are all just labelled as ITV HD so you can only really tell which version you're watching from the regional news).

Quest +1

Tony flewers: Quest definitely won't get your message here as you've posted on an independent website which has no connection with any broadcaster. Try sending your feedback via the channel's own website.

ITV

Tony hatton: Crystal Palace is the main transmitter serving most of London and the surrounding areas, if there was a fault thousands would be complaining. It's much more likely to be either something in your aerial system (have you checked for any loose cables or connections etc?) or a source of local interference. Please provide a full postcode so that we can see your predicted coverage (RG6 covers a wide area).

MikeP: ITV3 moved from COM4 to PSB2 a few months ago (although not reflected in the channel listings on this website). COM4 does still contain Drama, 5USA, ITV Be, 5 Star and others.
