Pat Moysey: The SDL multiplex which carries Planet Rock has recently expanded coverage to 19 new transmitters, including several in Devon and Cornwall. There is a full list at the link below. You may need to retune your radio if you are within the coverage area in order to add the newly available stations.

Malcolm Cutlan: This is not Pick's website and no one here has any involvement in production of programs for any channel. Try contacting the broadcaster via their own website or search for the name of the production company which is normally shown in the credits at the end of the program.

harry: There are no transmitter faults showing. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Do not attempt to retune.

Jeff: The Briton Ferry transmitter changes frequencies overnight so you will need to retune. Also, check for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your postcode. If you channels are not restored, please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted signal strength.

Roger Curnow: Are you using Freeview received via an aerial or Freesat received via a satellite dish? If you have both and neither are working then you have two separate problems. There is a recent engineering notice showing that the Redruth transmitter was off air for around 20 minutes 2 days ago but nothing since (and that wouldn't affect Freesat anyway). Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Mary Vaughan: Are both TVs connected to the same aerial? If they are, try unplugging the aerial from the Sharp TV and retune which should delete everything from the channel list, then reconnect the aerial and retune again to get a completely fresh set of tuning data.

SalD: Please provide a full postcode so that we can see the predicted signal strength at your location (North Derby covers a wide area and doesn't give a result on the coverage checker).

SalD: Sutton Coldfield is predicted to be better at your location for the COM multiplexes. You may be able to pick up BBC East Midlands & ITV Central East regions from either Waltham or the Derby relay off the side of the aerial.

Christine Jacklin: We need to know where you are and which transmitter you're using (please provide a full postcode). Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? What signal strength and quality readings do you get on the BBC channels?
