Simon:
You are served by the Oxford transmitter for all 6 multiplexes (MUXes) and should have no problem receiving any of them.
Try doing a full factory reset and scan with the aerial unplugged.
Then do a new installation with the aerial plugged back in.

If you are using an Amplifier or Booster and the reset hasn't solved the problem, take it out of circuit and try again.

Simon: I've also posted some suggestions in response to your post on the Arqiva press release on Oxfordshire switchover board

If Digital UK told you that, they are talking complete and utter rubbish. Thge changes went fine and are complete, everything is working.

Try a full factory reset of your equipment & new installation scan with the aerial unplugged and the plug the aerial in and do a new installation.
See the link for the Freeview reset procedurein the yellow box below for more detail.

Craig: In addition to my suggestion above, the power has now increased on the SDN mux on C48. It is possible you are getting too much signal. If you are using a Booster/Amplifier try taking it out of circuit and try again.

Craig:
Hmmm, flats. It is likely that there is a distribution amplifier, but also distribution may be channelised, ie. nothing set up for C48 or even filtered by band (C/D). Ch.48 is right on the bottom of C/D and any filtering could kill it.
Did you have any problems when Arq B moved upto C67 in January or problems at the main DSO events last year?
Are you getting Arq B OK now it's on C52?
What sort of signal strength are you getting on the other MUXes? - If they are all at the top of the scale attenuation may help - one trick you could try is pull the coax plug out of the back of the receiver and then hold it in position so that it's not fully home - the idea being the outer is connected but the inner isn't but it's that close you get some coupling with attenuation. If that works then an attenuator may do the trick.
Worth checking also with other people in the flats to see if they have similar or identical problems, because if none of what's been suggested works and others in your block have the same problem, you need to get onto the landlords for them to get it sorted.

adrian:
Sky News & Dave are on the same multiplex ie. Arq A (COM5). This has moved upto C67 with no change of power, but it has gone from 2K mode to 8K mode which reduces the effective strength.
Did you have a problem with Arq B ie channels such as Film4, Yesterday & ITV4 etc before the change on the 28th? Arq B was on C67 until then.
SDN which has moved to C48 has increased power to full strength - ITV3, 5*, 5USA, Quest etc.

adrian: Ignore my last post the channel numbers I've given you are wrong they were for Mendip.

adrian:
Try a full factory reset and scan as suggested for simon above.
If that doesn't work, post on the main Oxford transmitter board with your postcode in the location box, stating the current situation with the other MUXes.

Billy: all the Mendip muxes will be on 100Kw next year.

Tom: Afraid not, already got their quota. Have you got a Booster/amplifier? - although if you've got strong signals on the other MUXes, it may be worth checking for Coax or Aerial problems.
