Since you made changes on your Sudburytransmitter on the 7th of February 2018. I have been unable to get yesterdays to receive yesterday or RT channels plus several others and most of the radio channels are , two YouView box are missing. I phoned your technical department. And was asked to try tuning manually, I try doing this on both my LG and Samsung TVs but found no signals on the frequencies that the missing channels we're on. Also I have two YouView boxes the missing channels were on. I also have two YouView boxes which have lost the channels and as you must know there is no manual tuning provided on these. My girlfriend who lives in Ipswich has also lost channels also lost these channels. What annoys me most is that you obviously know exactly what's happening but you have made no official statement admitting that you have sacrificed people's favourite channels so you can use the band width to transmit 5G. This whole episode is totally undemocratic and a disgrace. If you don't want people to be disrespectful then I suggest you treat them with respect.
