I'm only getting Tiny Pop on 126. I have all all channels but nothing on 127. Is this common. Or does it occur in my area?

Why can we not get channel 125 (Pop), even after several retunes. It's been advertised repeatedly for months as 125 on Freeview. But all we get is the plus 1 on 126. Be grateful with a solution, or at least an answer please.
