Ray Earl:

Looking at the listing given at Coverage Checker - Detailed View (which is the link under your posting as 'digitaluk trade) it looks as if you should be using Hannington and not Rowridge.

If after checking all your aerial cables and connections and that your TV is indeed tuned to Rowridge VP (check the channel number shown for each multiplex), then you may need to consider trying Hannington. Note though that your aerial for Rowridge is not ideal for Hannington, so some results will be unreliable unless you change your aerial for a log-periodic type that will cover both sources with some adjustment of where it is aimed, bearing 347 degrees for Hannington or 196 degrees for Rowridge (either HP or VP).

Since yesterday, lip sync on all Freeview HD Channels is wildly off! This is happening on both HD TVs in the house and they are different manufacturers.

Folks,

Freeview reception at 57.2001N -2.128E

Looking for some assistance. I recently had to change my TV amplifier/distributer in the loft. All is fine on all the channels with a strong signal other than the services on channel/mux 29 which has very week signal. This scenario is the same on all TVs and I have reset all.

thanks in advance

PAUL CROZIR: If the signal strength is very high, the tunes in your TVs may be suffering from signal overload. Try turning down the gain on the amplifier a little.

StevensOnln1: Thanks for your reply. Would the overload just effect the services on the channel 29 - everything on Multiplex COM6 - ARQB - Arqiva B. The othesr are all fine.

PAUL CROZIR: Signal overload can affect just one multiplex if that multiplex is being received at a slightly higher strength than the others.

DAVID COLLINGS: The transmitter was probably taken off air by the same power cut. By retuning you have deleted all of your channels which were correctly tuned (retuning will never fix a lack of signal and generally just makes things worse). If you can, check with a neighbour who hasn't retuned to find out if the transmitter is back on air, then retune again and your channels should be restored.

My TV was working fine until last night most of the channels went missing. I thought it was because of heavy rain during the day so I tried retuning/'first time installation' a few times but it didn't resolve the problem. The auto retune only picks up multiplex channel 29, which is 5 channels: London Live, True Crime, True Movies, Tiny Pop, POP Max. Nothing else is found. The TV is brand new and was working absolutely fine so I don't think it is a hardware or aerial problem. Signal coverage in my area, south London, is also fine. Any help would be much appreciated!
