You can click on a transmitter group symbol to see all the masts in that county or area, or click on a single transmitter to see the coverage area. Mike Phelps: It seems that there was an issue with one of the cache servers showing a blank for the transmitter icon.

I am unable to gain anything other interference on any of the frequencies for Radio 2, [88 to 91 FM] and this includes the reception in my car. Every frequency has background interference and I am not alone in experiencing this and has been evident for some weeks now. Can you please offer an explanation please. [Swindon SN25 area]
Thank you.

GREAT! as usual ... which makes for faint praise...
NOW THEN
How about (clears heavy cobwebs, with scissors)
LONG WAVE surperb-issimo that fall back that is so good you wonder why you bothered to wave change; must be the digitized overlay on the real brain.
Always wanted a LW TX in my garden; that bit around the shed. Lots of ferrite, with sparks. Touch the universe.

A radio question: for some months now my car radio (Sony/Toyota) has had very poor reception on Radio 4 FM.. It seems OK in Bath but traveling out of Bath reception gradually deteriorates. Presumably the Automatic Frequency Switching is not working - though I don't have this problem with any other FM station, and surely if it was faulty it would affect other stations? Or is R4 on reduced power for some reason? Thanks for any comments. Drivings not so much fun without R4!

For some weeks my FM Radio reception in my car has been poor with interference in Brading IOW in particular very bad.
IOW Radio, Wave 105 and Capitol are particularly poor, but Radio 2 is strong and no interference.
Is this foreign stations ?? Poor FM coverage from Rowridge Transmitter or a fault somewhere ??

Dear All,
I used to live in lOndon and became sued to listening to any station on AM, FM or DAB.
Now I live in Eastbourne, FM is very hissy and when I had ADB radio, it used to get one station (two tears ago) so I gave it to someone in London, where it works properly.
I heard that DAB was recently upgraded here, so I'm thinking of buying anothe rDAB radio, but was surprised to see that the lst of available stations doesn't seem to include BBC Radios 1 to 4.
Why is this

The answer to most of these problems is check the aerial and coax, renew it,i know a lot of car radios
particulary sony are faulty and lot of stores are selling them cheaply, the design has been cheapened
so much ,most modern units are an apolgy for a car radio.Tandy used to sell a vhf preamp but like
most things,long gone.

This is the best map ever on the whole of the internet!
One thing: Victor Tower transmitter in Birmingham doesn't link to the correct page.
