Same problem as JB above: only BBC channels on both TVs - aerial on roof, Freeview. Did the reset as recommended last week.

Nothing else viewable beyond BBC channels. Even tried retuning and that's removed all the non BBC channels ???

ALL: There is no fault reporting for the PSB2 (D3+4) multiplex.

If your channels are blank PLEASE DON'T RETUNE.

The best thing to do is to keep trying every hour to see if they work again.

If you have retuned already, if the channels are missing from the EPG, they won't just reappear. Wait until they are confirmed as back on air, and retune then.

I live in Bath within the bright green area. I retuned on 3 Sep as instructed but the picture still "freezes" as if it is in the Pause mode. It is also not possible to change channels. I switch off and then on again. The picture is OK for a while then freezes again. Sometimes the screen goes blank with the message "No Service". If I go into EPG it initialy comes up with "No available information". Friends of mine are also having the same problems which to me proves it is not a fault at my end.
