hardy: Is there any update on Bilsdale changing channels, please? Yesterday and today, we had similar problems to MattyB but on COM5 and COM6. We live in Richmond: our aerial is in the loft (conservation area). Oddly enough, it seems to happen in the morning before 10am and has obviously occurred again for a short period in the evening yesterday, as two one-hour recordings, one each on COM5 and COM6, lost about 15 minutes' at the beginning of the recordings commencing at 6pm. Thanks.

Lynda:
If you put your post code into the Digital UK Coverage Checker, at Digital UK - Coverage checker you will be shown the current plan for any changes, at the transmitters serving your area, over the next couple of years.
As far as I can tell, there are no known problems at Bilsdale.

Hello,
I've been told that the True Entertainment and True Movies channels have changed their frequencies and that Bilsdale doesn't broadcast these particular frequencies. Please can you explain why Bilsdale can't broadcast these frequencies? Why should we have to lose channels that we have been able to receive for many years?
Thank you for your reply

Tricia Whinfird: True Entertainment and True Movies have moved to the local TV multiplex, using spare capacity in areas where a local TV channels is broadcast. This is a decision taken by the broadcaster (Sony own the True family of channels). If you can receive a local TV station on channel 7 or 8 then retuning should restore the missing channels.

790 True Entertainment
791 True Movies
794 movies4men
