In Milton Keynes, Freeview channel 9 (BBC 4) no moving picture, but every few seconds a still image, heavily pixellated appears, with bursts of speech. Also channel 2 when going on red button to watch snooker, no picture or sound. All other channels seem ok.
Possibly engineering work? No info found.
