I cannot get Channel 99 (Smithsonian). I have re-tuned my TV..

I'm at SY23 3NT on the Blaenpwyf transmitter.

Paul Vivash: Blaen Plwyf does not broadcast Smithsonian Channel (nor any of the COM7 or COM8 channels).
