I have just found out that my neighbour is not receiving a signal either. The site you recommended is no help as I believe there may be a problem with the transmission.

HCM: You might like to believe that, but the reports are "Clettraval - No problems".

Then why is my neighbour not receiving a signal either? I haven't checked with others but if 2 households are not receiving signals doesn't that give rise to doubt the quality of the transmission? Where are the reports from and how reliable are they?

HCM: The reports are from Arqiva (via the BBC) who run the transmitter network. They are very reliable.

It might just be that you both have the suffered from the same damage event.

You can always report it - see Broadcaster complaints details | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .
