Elizabeth Johnson: The Commercial (COM) channels, which carry ITV3 among other services, are never likely to broadcast from Dog Hill. See here for an explanation:

Freesat will give you ITV3 or you may find that reception from Winter Hill or another transmitter that carries the COM channels is possible at your location.
