Paul Bentley:
Some parts of your area will not have good reception of COM7 which carries Quest HD. Do you still have the problem, it could have been a temporary issue? I can't find any faults currently listed.
At time of posting, there's no issue with the signal's source - just checked my reception (not Emley) - please provide a full postcode so we can look at predicted reception in your locale.
Depending on predicted reception, if you still have the problem, it may entirely be due to Planned Engineering as mentioned in the post just before yours - do you have the same problem with BBC News HD on 107?

Hello
We are in Blubberhouses area and have had no signal at the moment and for most of today. As the signal is supposed to be on please explain why this is. All channels are off - even the shopping ones which are usually the last man standing.
I have checked that this is both our aerials (two houses) and both are in place and fully connected.

Com5/ArqA appears to no longer be transmitting or is to weak from Emley Moor?

StevensOnln17:21 PM
Ben P: It's more likely down to interference due to the current weather conditions causing signals to travel further, with the effect that signals distant transmitters broadcasting on the same frequency which would not normally be receivable are interfering with the signal you are trying to receive from Emley Moor (there is currently a warning of possible interference for Emley).

Ben P:
In addition to StevensOnln1 information, to compound matters, Emley Moor is currently listed for Planned Engineering which may affect signals.
