Michael Morgan: Do you receive BBC One HD on 101? Both 5Select and TBN are on the PSB3 which required a HD capable TV or box to receive.

Hi, is anyone else having issues with subtitles on BBC HD ? I can't find anything on twitter about it so wondered if it was a local issue.

What happens is two or three subtitle lines in a row don't show up and this occurs approx. every few minutes (sometimes it can be 20 minutes before it occurs again). I have already excluded this being an equipment issue as subtitles still go missing when I plug the directly to the TV instead of my humax recorder. ITV HD, Channel 4 HD and Channel 5 HD are fine.

The issue has been ongoing for two months now on pre-recorded programmes or movies. I can't comment for programmes such as the News or any other live programmes as subtitling is delayed, so it's hard to tell if some lines are missing (I'm deaf).

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
