james cobby: If you are referring to the transmitter on the heading of this page "Kingskerswell" then they are listed at the bottom of each of the three Mux's involved.
However, just in case you cannot see that for any reason, if you are viewing a EPG channel (any!) and want to know the frequency it is on, go into the devices tuning menu "whilst on that channel", and in the signal check / condition area of the tuning menu you will see the details you want displayed.

james cobby: The centre frequency of C21 is 474 MHz, and each channel is 8 MHz apart. To convert a UHF channel number to a centre frequency:
f = 8 x (n - 21) + 474 MHz
where n is the channel.
Check your box's manual for where it displays the UHF channel for the service you're watching. It isn't necessarily in the tuning menu.
