Hi since switchover we cannot get any BBC channels. Set has built in freeview. All other channels are fine. Connected to rooftop ariel.Have tried retuning but no luck. Postcode RG17... lambourn area

Intermittent poor to no reception on non-BBC channels since 22/10/13. BBC channels work fine. Have reset and retuned. Used to work fine before recent engineering work on 22/10/13..

I have receive a filter in the post and this has worked fine up until recently, for the last 3 weeks I have been experiencing the following problems the reception has been unwatchable I am currently tuned into the sheep grove transmitter.

If you have an amplifier (booster) then the filter should go before it.
