MikeP: I am experiencing the exact same problem in the BT48 area just 3 miles away from BT47. HD audio to video latency is incurable with audio delay settings yet all SD channels are fine.

Then I suggest you contact Arqiva who operate and maintain the transmitters. Use https://www.arqiva.com/co…us/.
This website does not have any responsibility for any transmitter.

Darren Long: I am in BT48 and have also been having the exact same problem as you with HD channels only. I have retuned and checked all settings - more than once. Samsung TVs if that makes any difference?

Medinnersready: I live in BT47, and noticed only on Friday that there is a lag in the lip sync with the HD channels, despite contacting Samsung who took me through a restart the issue still exists

Don't know if this has any connection with the problems being reported but Londonderry has been having major engineering works carried out since 25th February and they are due for completion 20th May 2019.
Therefore the suggestion to contact Arqiva is a sensible one, with engineeers at the transmitter should be easy for them to check what is going on.
