hi my 85 year old mother living in penhill swindon had a very unusual incident; she had a phonecall from someone who asked her what make of tv she had. she put the phone down as she thought it was a salesman. then the tv lost all its reception. what is going on!!! are these two incidents related? is it to do with the chabgeover? we thought the tv had been sorted for the changeover. any answers please.
