I have moved to new flat in Arnold, Nottingham. My aerial (according to a website) is pointing at Sutton Coldfield so I get Midlands news, I want East Midlands news. There is no other option on the channel list. How do I manually get this? Thanks Sam

Sam Turner: You have to point the aerial at a transmitter that has that region on it, such as Waltham. See BBC East Midlands map | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .
