The problem is effecting my recording computer I have five tuners and they are all only finding on 5,8,9. Have the frequencies for the other COMs changed and if they have do you know what they now are?

New are:
22 - LOC1 (Oxford); 29 - SDN; 31 - ArqB; 41 - BBC A; 44 - D3+4; 46 - LOC2 (nothing yet seen); 47 - BBC B; 55 - COM7; 56 - COM8; 59 - ArqA.

All seem to be fine here in East ; however, I don't know when LOC2 is due to air.

Susan Devine: Several multiplexes changed at the overnight. If you cannot restore the missing by retuning you are most likely using a Group C/D which is not designed to receive some of the lower frequencies now in use. If you don't have or you should be eligible to have a replacement aerial fitted free of charge, which can be arranged by contacting the Advice Line (see link below).

We have also lost all the BBC and more (trying to retune mid-day 23rd) - only receiving COM5, COM6 & COM7

nickwilcock: ArqA is on 37 I believe, not 59. That's according to DigitalUK, and I've also done a retune of my computer-based PVR and got the same.

On a separate note, I lost com7 after the Feb retune. That seems to have come now.

My problem appears to be due to my software using a tuning file for the frequencies, if I all frequencies then I seem to be finding the missing , but it's taking 30 minutes a tuner.

Susan Devine: because a BT box is a PVR, with the access to the internet governed by your BT package. Have you actually set it up properly?
