Hi
Have just tried to install topup tv and picture in the main is rubbish, pixelation on most channels. Have sky sports channel and cannot even get QVC (Channel 16) for it to activate through. Am on Pontop Pike, how can I check if it's powered down because of engineering work? Topup TV say it is but is this passing the buck?
Mike

mike: As above, there is no TV engineering work. TUTV are indeed "passing the buck".

My ITV reception from Pontop Pike keeps breaking up. Picture sometimes freezes.
This happens at infrequent times of the day and not every day. I used to switch on to BT Vision box and this cleared it up but that is even causing problems now.
BBC reception is first class.
Please help if possible
