Hi there
We are still getting some bad signals on COM5 - like Dave and Really, etc from Pontop Pike.
Anybody else having any issues or is it us?
Thanks

JP: COM5 is on C59 which is the closest of all Pontop's channels to any potential 4G signal operating in the 800MHz band (C61 to C69).
It might be worth checking with at800, the organisation set-up by the 4G operators, to see if it could potentially be a cause:

If you have any kind of amplifier in-circuit then any filter will need to go before it, should it turn out to be a 4G signal.

Comux Local TV Multiplex now testing from Pontop Pike on Channel 56
It will add Channel 791 and 792 to the lineup and you should see the Comux Local TV Test Screen on each channel

I contacted Digital Uk to ask when the COM7 multiplex was due to launch from Pontop Pike as Bilsdale was due to launch it on the 3rd March 2014. Below is the reply I got:
"Thank you for your email about the availability of new COM7 HD services from the Pontop Pike transmitter.
The current plan does include Pontop Pike transmitter however we do not have a specific date yet. We would suggest checking our website regularly as this will be updated as soon as we have this information"
