Raymond Garland: At that location it is a likely certainty that Rowridge is used exclusively. Here is a terrain plot from there to the transmitter:
Terrain between ( m a.g.l.) and (antenna m a.g.l.) - Optimising UK DTT Freeview and Radio aerial location
Rowridge uses Group A channels exclusively, so a Group A aerial is what you want. See the Group A log from Vision (most logs are wideband, so this is unusual):

My neighbours and I lost freeview reception on Thursday.
It was OK in the morning, but gone by 5pm
We have repeatedly attempted to retune the TVs
I can get weak signals in the 800 ranges sometimes, but not good enough to view.
Most of the time I get no channels detected

Lindsey Thomas: Ae you in a block of flats? There is seemingly no problem with the transmitter, so it would be most likely its at your end, perhaps the main splitter in your block. Time to call out the letting company!
BTW - why use Poole? Its a light transmitter, and looking at the Digital UK predictor, your no worse trying Rowridge - you will certainly get no fewer channels, and possibly a lot more.

Lindsey Thomas: Nothing is listed on the engineering notice boards with regards to problems connected with the transmitters that cover your area. However, images on a Google earth check suggest that the properties in question "might" be on a communal aerial system? if this proves to be the case then your problem is most likely caused by a fault having developed in the communal aerial system, such as failure of the distribution amplifier.
Further info dependent on feedback.
