we have re tuned several times but with no joy...is there a problem with the transmissions?

Lesley Horner: "Freeview Light" is the unofficial term given to the service where only PSB channels can be received.
There are over 1,000 small transmitters (which cover a small area and serve a small number of viewers) which are Freeview Light.
The Poplar transmitter is one such station.
