Becky - It may be that the is too strong as it is now 10 times the power it was on channel 53. The other point and most likely, is that like one of my early Freeview boxes, it cannot receive the QAM 64 8K which is now the for high power DVB-T so I have thrown it out. If this is the case, all the other will disappear on the 20th April. BBC 3 and 4 plus the BBC radio channels are still being transmitted on multiplex channel 63 until the 20th April. this helps?

My post code is GL4 8DA. I have been able to recieve for quite a long time although the "post code lottery" for most of that time said I would be unable to get a . I believe that I am recieving Coalfield even though I am closer to . How can I tell where my signal is comming from?

Brian - You said "If you still have BBC TWO on , then it's , otherwise it's the ". BBC TWO Analogue ( 28) closed down on Ridge Hill early morning of the 6th April. Is not the channel number a better way to tell as BBC TWO Sutton Coldfield is on channel 40?

Dave - Brian thanks for your comments. I still have BBC2 on 40 so it is! I think I will wait till is on full then try shifting my ariel and retuning to see if I can improve my . If no better I shall stay on Sutton Coldfield and for an even better signal in September.
