KMJ Derby: Thanks for that post, very useful. Crystal Palace gives me good to variable on all channels. The fact CP is putting out HD on CH31 at 10Kw and being nearer than Sandy Heath probably explains my problem. Looks like I may have to wait until 18 April or 9 May next year to resolve this. Can get ITV 3 on my Freesat, that only leaves Quest which I shall miss. Can do without the others.

I am on the Belmont transmitter and have lost ITV4 and Film4 since the switch over. I have re-tuned my Freeview box a number of times but still cannot get theses channels back. I do have a signal booster which helps to get some channels EG. Dave, Pick, Sky News etc.
Please advise.

David Phillips: These programmes, as well as a number of others, are on two multiplexes (ArqA / ArqB) operating on low power (4Kw) until November 23rd.

margie: If you are enquiring about reception, then you should be getting good reception from Anglia (Sandy) on the main (BBC/BBC HD/ITV) channels, although others are on lower power and can possibly suffer from break up depending on exactly where you are located within PE29.

Since the last upgrade all the channels on 31disappear during the day. The rest of the time the signal quality is good, so it is not an ariel problem. All other channels are ok. Any obvious reason for this?

Why are these frequencies wrong? For example ArqB is currently C67 and NOT C46! (until September 14th)
See the following post:
Tassos Chryssafis: If you are receiving signals from Sandy Heath MuxC/MuxArqA will continue to use C40+ until 14th September 2011. MuxArqA will then use C67 until 23rd November 2011 when it changes to C52 at high power and 8k mode. You are currently missing MuxArqB which is using C67 at low power until 14th September 2011 when it changes to C48 at high power.
