I have lost all the hd channels yet the weaker multiplexes which are often a problem are ok. Any ideas please?

the channel chart is wrong, it shows multiplexes on channels 29 and 31 They are not in use. It needs to be corrected. If they are moving, when? I do not want to keep buying new aerials.

nick horrex: According to Digital UK, the only retune still due to take place at Sudbury will happen on 1st August. I'm not sure why you would need to keep buying new aerials, official advice has been to fit a wideband type for around 20 years now.

thanks Steve. If you look at the chart, it says they will be using channels 31 and 35, allegedly as from last March
I am on the fringe. To get the muxes on channels 58 and 60 I had to have an aerial specifically designed for that end of the band. Now they seem to be moving to the opposite end.

Nick you must be in an awkward area like Southwold. To see SUDBURYdetails put a suitable post code into the coverage checker website such as a shop at Colchester. I think if you are on the coast the changes to channels will mean you are better going Freesat (which now has virtually the same channels) rather than more expense of changing aerials.
The tv transmitters are doing the best they can with the reduced frequencies that they now have but fringe areas are bound to loose out.
