Hollzjw: At your distance you shouldn't have an issue picking up ArqB.
Try carrying out the procedure outlined here:
My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice (DN31NJ)

Dave Lindsay, and neither should Hollzjw (11:48am post above) have any problem being in the shadow of the masts!
But he has.

Reports of no/very poor reception of ArqB/UHF 63 from Sudbury appear to be coming from various locations within the expected reception area.
There've been reports from Sudbury itself, Clacton, Colchester, Southend (i.e. both near and far).
Is there anyone out there who can report no problems receiving the mux on its new channel?
If anyone can , please reply giving your location etc.

Sorry, Russ, you are in the same boats as loads of us. I am in Wivenhoe with a wideband aerial that used to get the low powered ITV mux before DSO, but now ArqB is lousy, even though it is meant to be double the (still low) power.
Can't find out how to tell Arqiva.

To those with issues picking up ArqB from Sudbury (who received it prior to 16th) try carrying out the procedure outlined here:

This page suggests that some receivers "remember" what muxes they'd tuned to previously. This could explain why they don't "see" ArqB from Sudbury on C63 because they have it down as being on C50. (DN31NJ)

I re-tuned the main TV- OK. The computers TV dongle -OK. The little caravan TV - no go on c12 c24 etc.No amount of switching on and off etc. works, cannot find a method of wiping the channels - the fix suggested above does not work. Sisters main TV -no go.Her little TV -OK. I am beginning to suspect some TVs rather than the transmitter. Life gets teedyus don't it? (Sudbury transmitter).
