Do you have your channels back only my mother in law lost all itv channels last night and we still cant get them back she lives in Wolverhampton WV12 area the aerial is a communal she lives in a block of 4 storeys flats

Florence: Since there doesn't seem to be any problems with the transmitter (look at the top of the page), it sounds like it might be the communal aerial system. Ask if other people in the block are having the same problem.
Hannah: Much the same advice, but in both cases, just including a postcode when you post will automatically bring up lots of information which will alow us to better answer your questions.

Why is Com7 only transmitting at 6.4kW?
Is it planned to increase it's power output and when?
I cant get all of the HD channels, some break up.

I live in the WV14 area and cannot receive Motors TV despite it now being on freeview ...

Stevey B: MotorsTV (along with BBC News HD, BBC4 HD etc) is transmitting on the com7 multiplex which requires Freeview HD equipment to be received, and you may also need a wideband aerial if you have a grouped one currently. Try doing a manual retune on UHF channel 33.
