my neighbor who lives about ten doors down has lost channels 10,20,61 where as i am recieving them all with full signal i have took out her aerial and re tuned with no signal then plugged the aerial back in and re tuned still missing these channels could it be work you are doing or is it likely to be her aerial

my neighbor who lives ten doors down has suddenly lost channels 10,20,61,and HD channels 1,2,3.i have taken the aerial out of the back of the TV and tuned it without then i plugged the aerial back in and re tuned but the channels are still missing is this due to any work you are doing as in my house i am still getting these channels and with a good signal our post code is b97 6ns
