Re the in Sept, when this happens will the Audio volume improve.I have + on the lounge TV as well as and the sound volume on freeview is poor in comparison to Sky I have to increase the volume by approx 10points on freeview to get the same volume as sky. The on freeview is excellent a max of 10.

AlvinF: The volume will not change after switch over or whatever signal strength you have. Check your tv to see if you have any delta volume controls to balance the different input volumes. I have noticed that 5.1 sound (DD or AAC) down mixing to stereo for TV's normally ends up quieter on all my equipment.

We had to retune all our TV's on April 20th, all appeared to be OK on the two big TVs, the smaller kitchen TV was intermittently getting blocky on ITV only. BBC were all perfect.
is on the , fitted 2 years ago to receive freeview by a proper engineer. This feeds a splitter in the which then feeds various TVS around the house. All have worked perfectly for 2 years.
Since about may 3rd 2011 we cant watch ITV1 on the small TV,its blocky and shrieky, can suffer it on the big one buts its awful, and also have very poor ITV2, E4, and a few others (still perfect on BBC).
Have read freeview notices about poor ITv signals but am concerned its got no better a week later. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi KMJ, many thanks for your suggestions. I have not changed direction and am assuming all are coming from , and were perfectly well received until end April. Removing aerial and selectively scanning still does not 'find' channels 41, 42 or 82. I've cancelled my Sports and will try again in September. Many thanks again. James

Please post a question, answer or commentIf you have Freeview reception problems before posting a question your must first do this Freeview reset procedure then see: Freeview reception has changed, Single frequency interference, and Freeview intermittent interference.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
