When will the Wrekin transmitter be upgrading to full freeview please. I would like to watch Big Centre tv channel 8 and it's not on the Wrekin at the moment. Ty Jane

Jane williams: Basically, this isn't going to happen. The Freeview Local TV services are on dedicated "beams" that restrict the broadcast area to deliberately small areas. The Birmingam service is broadcast only from two masts: to the south west of Sutton Coldfield and to the west of Brierley Hill.

I have had no signal for multiplex PSB2 channels since Monday. Is there a problem due to the fog/weather ?
I did lose the BBC channels too but they came back yesterday.
Still no ITV CH4 CH5 etc and I have re scanned, just showing as no signal !
Thanks for any help.

Amanda:
It has been suggested that the recent warm days have given rise to atmospheric conditions that can disrupt TV reception. As there are many similar reports from around the southern part of the UK, that would seem to be quite likely. Do NOT retune your TV set under such situation.
